Boise Memorial Hospice is an independent, community-based hospice program serving Ada County and the surrounding areas. From our office in Eagle, we have been providing care in the Treasure Valley since 1996 and have always exclusively focused on hospice services. We support the patients right to choice, comfort, and control.

Life is not measured by

Our medically directed program for terminally ill patients and their families is focused on comfort care. Our goal is to improve the patients quality of life through pain management and supportive and compassionate care. Maintaining the patients dignity, privacy and self-determination are paramount in the delivery of care.

 

 

We uniquely offer our customers the combination of years of experience and a personal touch as we maintain our position as a locally owned hospice.  We diligently seek to customize hospice services to each of our patients. In addition we personalize care by maintaining consistent staffing in each setting.  You will truly know the team caring for you or your loved one.
