Referrals

The time to consider hospice is when a curative treatment is no longer an option or you do not desire further treatment. We will work with the patient's primary care physician to determine whether the medical criteria is met. If so, the physician will give an order for hospice.

The decision to be admitted to hospice is profoundly personal and timing is different for every individual and family. At Boise Memorial Hospice we are aware of the difficulties surrounding this decision and we are committed to provide information and education regarding hospice. Most importantly we respect your need to determine the right time to begin hospice services.

Whether you have questions about our services or if you would like to refer someone to us your call is welcome at any time of the day.  We would be more than happy to help you in anyway possible.
